Passio Christi Atina 2025

In 2025, the historic center of Atina, in the province of Frosinone, once again transformed into the Jerusalem of the Passion. The Living Passion re-enacted, among the alleys and squares of the village, the most intense scenes of the final days of Jesus: from the entry into Jerusalem to the Last Supper, from the arrest in Gethsemane to the trial before the Sanhedrin and Pilate, up to the ascent to Calvary, the crucifixion, and the announcement of the resurrection.

With about two hundred costumed performers and directed by Roberto Petrilli, the event confirmed its role as a key identity-building appointment for the Atina community and the entire Valle di Comino, blending popular devotion and the memory of ancient sacred representations.
