Edition 2025 — Pasqualora Sausage Festival

The fifth edition of the Pasqualora Sausage Festival took place on Sunday, July 20, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, in Piazza Grande, Scauri, in the municipality of Pantelleria (TP). Organized by the Associazione Crescere Insieme APS, the evening featured tastings of pasqualora sausage, bacio pantesco, and Passito di Pantelleria, accompanied by live music from the band I Pentatonici. It was a highly attended event, described as the most delicious festival of the island's summer.

Pasqualora Sausage Festival 2025: the fifth edition

On Sunday, July 20, 2025, from 8:30 PM, Piazza Grande in Scauri hosted the fifth edition of the Pasqualora Sausage Festival in Pantelleria (Province of Trapani). The event, organized by the Associazione Crescere Insieme APS, brought together residents and tourists for an evening of flavor and conviviality.

The star was the pasqualora sausage, a traditional cured meat with wild fennel, accompanied by the sweet bacio pantesco and a glass of Passito di Pantelleria. The tastings were accompanied by live music from the band I Pentatonici, which enlivened the square until late in the evening in a festive atmosphere.
