Pasqualino Gourmet

The seventh edition of Pasqualino Gourmet was held from August 7 to 14, 2025, on Via Barsento in Alberobello, in the province of Bari. The street was transformed into a true gourmet village, with food stalls, craft beers, local products, and entertainment for all ages, every day starting at 5:00 PM.

The absolute star was the Pasqualino, the typical sandwich filled with tuna, capers, salami, and mild string cheese. Every evening, from 9:00 PM, live concerts and DJ sets followed one another: musical guests included Game Boy, Tormentoni, Libera Nos A Malo (Ligabue tribute), 88Max (883 tribute), Crazy 90's, Logico 2.0 (Cesare Cremonini tribute), I Calanti (Salento folk music), and I Komandanti (Vasco Rossi tribute).

A novelty of the 2025 edition was the partnership with the Putignano Carnival Foundation, which curated the papier-mâché installations set up in the event area. The event was organized by the Associazione Gourmet Eventi di Alberobello, chaired by Luigi Giliberti, with the patronage of the Municipality of Alberobello, Confartigianato, and the Italian Street Food Association.

Every day from 5:00 PM: food stalls, craft beers, and local products on Via Barsento. Every evening from 9:00 PM, live concerts followed by DJ sets until late at night.
