Edition 2025 — Partinico in Tavola

The autumn 2025 edition of Partinico in Tavola celebrated the salsiccia pasqualora, a Slow Food Presidium and iconic product of the local tradition. Organized by the PROMETEO Cultural Association with the Municipality of Partinico, the event offered tastings of sausage and local wines at the Palazzo dei Carmelitani, with an extension of the Food Experience at the Real Cantina Borbonica, to promote the craftsmanship of the product and the gastronomic excellence of the territory.

Salsiccia pasqualora takes center stage

The autumn 2025 edition of Partinico in Tavola highlighted one of the most iconic products of the local tradition: the salsiccia pasqualora, recognized as a Slow Food Presidium. The event, promoted by the PROMETEO Cultural Association in collaboration with the Municipality of Partinico, aimed to enhance the culture and craftsmanship of the product through meetings, tastings, and in-depth sessions.

Two venues, one unique taste experience

Commercial and food activities took place at the Palazzo dei Carmelitani, with tastings of sausage and local wines in the morning (approximate time 09:30 - 12:30). The Food Experience then continued at the Real Cantina Borbonica (approximate time 10:30 - 14:00), in a journey that combined flavors, tradition, and the promotion of the Partinico territory, in the province of Palermo.
