Edition 2025 — Parrano Pork Knuckle Festival

In 2025, the Pork Knuckle Slow-Cooked in a Wood-Fired Oven Festival once again enlivened the Vittorio Valletta Public Park in Parrano with pork knuckle slow-cooked in a wood-fired oven and traditional Umbrian dishes. Organized by the Parrano Calcio Sports Club, the festival offered good food and entertainment in the usual convivial atmosphere of the village's summer festivals in the Orvieto area.

The 2025 edition of the Pork Knuckle Slow-Cooked in a Wood-Fired Oven Festival confirmed the summer event in Parrano, a village in the province of Terni. In the Vittorio Valletta Public Park, the pork knuckle slow-cooked in a wood-fired oven was once again the star, accompanied by typical Umbrian specialties offered at the stalls.

Organized by the Parrano Calcio Sports Club, the event combined good food, music, and entertainment, attracting visitors from the nearby towns of the Orvieto area and reaffirming itself as one of the most delicious events of the Parrano summer.
