Edition 2025 — Parmigiana Festival

The 2025 edition of the Parmigiana Festival took place on Saturday, August 30, 2025, in Piazza San Leonardo, in Panza, a village in Forio d'Ischia. Organized by the Pro Loco Panza as part of the Summer in Forio program, the evening featured tastings of eggplant parmigiana, traditional island dishes, and live music, confirming the festival as one of the most popular late-summer gastronomic events on the island of Ischia.

Parmigiana Festival 2025

On Saturday, August 30, 2025, the village of Panza, in Forio d'Ischia, hosted a new edition of the Parmigiana Festival in Piazza San Leonardo. The event, organized by the Pro Loco Panza with the support of the Municipality of Forio, closed the island's summer season with an evening dedicated to eggplant parmigiana, a signature dish of Campanian cuisine.

The square came alive with long tables, food stalls, local wines, and live music, in a festive atmosphere shared by residents and tourists. An event that reaffirmed, once again, the strong bond between Panza, its community, and the culinary traditions of the area.
