An open-air theatre on the river
The Summer Season of Parco delle Tre Ville transforms this green area of Palazzolo sull'Oglio, in the province of Brescia, into an open-air theatre for over a month. In the Villa Emilio Kupfer area, with entrance from Piazza Castello, a new arena with about 400 seats hosts fifteen shows ranging from drama, music, dance, comedy, and contemporary circus.
A multidisciplinary programme
The review is curated by Circuito CLAPS in collaboration with Compagnia Filodirame, as part of SummerCLAPS, the circuit's summer event that brings shows throughout Lombardy. The programme alternates spoken theatre, concerts, contemporary dance, and comedy nights, with incursions into contemporary circus and collaborations with local entities such as the Lago d'Iseo Jazz festival and the Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana.
Well-known names and new languages
Established protagonists of the Italian scene alternate on the stage of Parco delle Tre Ville alongside research companies and young performance languages. The season is part of the broader urban regeneration project of the park, which returns a space of culture, nature, and community overlooking the Oglio river to the city.
Parco delle Tre Ville — edition 2026
From June 18 to July 24, 2026, the Parco delle Tre Ville in Palazzolo sull'Oglio hosts a new summer season with fifteen shows, plus the first edition of the Festival Costellazioni. Artistic direction is by Circuito CLAPS in collaboration with Compagnia Filodirame, as part of SummerCLAPS. Among the announced artists are Stefano Massini, Debora Villa, and Andrea Scanzi with a tribute to Franco Battiato, with musical projects in collaboration with the Iseo Jazz festival and the Orchestra Filarmonica Italiana.
