Edition 2025 — Pappardelle Festival
The 2025 edition of the Pappardelle Festival took place in Canale Monterano, in the province of Rome, from August 8 to 10 in Piazza del Campo. Organized by the Contrada Centro, the event offered handmade pappardelle in their numerous variations, from wild boar ragù to versions with tomato, porcini mushrooms, truffle, and guanciale, accompanied by local wines and craft beer. The evenings, enlivened by concerts and dancing in the square, concluded with the traditional night of San Lorenzo, ideal for observing shooting stars over the Tolfa Mountains.
