Edition 2025 — Pansoti Festival
The 12th edition of the Pansoti Festival of Gaiazza took place on August 7 and 8, 2025, featuring pansoti with walnut sauce, pesto, and butter and sage in the hamlet of Ceranesi. Organized by the Parish of Santa Maria Assunta, the festival attracted visitors from the Genoese hinterland.
The 2025 edition of the Pansoti Festival of Gaiazza, the twelfth, confirmed the success of this small but cherished village festival. At the food stalls set up by the parish, pansoti — Ligurian traditional herb ravioli — were served with classic walnut sauce and other typical seasonings, while music enlivened the evenings in the hamlet of Ceranesi, in the Metropolitan City of Genoa.
