Panino Festival

The sixth edition of the Panino Festival brought San Donaci to life on Saturday, August 23, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, in the outdoor spaces of Parco Karol Wojtyła on Via Machiavelli.

The food stalls offered traditional hot sandwiches in varieties including sausage, capocollo, ventresca, and frankfurter, served with local wine, water, beer, orange soda, and other drinks. The event, promoted by the Associazione Amici di Mamma Nina with the patronage of the Municipality of San Donaci, renewed its charitable spirit: proceeds were donated to the association's charitable works and the beatification cause of Mamma Nina. A late-summer evening dedicated to conviviality and the genuine flavors of Salento.
