Edition 2025 — Pani Cunzatu Festival

The 2025 edition of the Pani Cunzatu Festival took place on August 18, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, in Piazza Mattarella in Rocca di Capri Leone. Organized by the Ass. Circolo ANSPI Maria SS. del Tindari, the evening featured tastings of traditional Sicilian seasoned bread accompanied by a dance party with the De Colores Band, in a festive summer atmosphere.

Pani Cunzatu Festival 2025

The 2025 edition was held on Monday, August 18, 2025, starting at 8:30 PM, in Piazza Mattarella in Rocca di Capri Leone, a coastal hamlet of the municipality of Capri Leone, in the province of Messina. The event, part of the local summer program, was organized by the Ass. Circolo ANSPI Maria SS. del Tindari.

The star of the evening was pani cunzatu, the traditional Sicilian seasoned bread served warm and topped with tomatoes, cheese, anchovies, oregano, and extra virgin olive oil. The tasting was accompanied by a dance party with the De Colores Band, which brought the square to life in a convivial and popular atmosphere.
