The 49th edition of the historic festival was held on August 17, 2025, starting at 8:00 PM, in Piazza Piano del Santuario in Vena, a village of Piedimonte Etneo (CT). Pro Loco Vena enlivened the evening with tastings of pane cunzatu in all its variations, dressed with olive oil, primosale, tomatoes, salted anchovies, and oregano.

There was no shortage of 80s, 90s, and 2000s music and traditional group dances in the square, which made the evening a true community celebration with free admission. The event, a pioneer of seasoned bread festivals in the Etna area, confirmed its role as a key summer appointment for the village of Vena.
