Pancotto and Wine Festival

A record-breaking edition

The 5th edition of the #CcchiuFort Pancotto and Wine Festival was held in Foggia on October 24 and 25, 2025, between Piazza Umberto Giordano and Via Lanza. At the heart of the celebration was the Foggia-style pancotto, prepared by the city's restaurateurs and served in its most authentic versions, accompanied by local wines and typical products of the Capitanata.

The event, organized by the Pro Loco of Foggia "Maria Carla Orsi" led by president Giuseppe Croce, drew thousands of people from Foggia and neighboring provinces, confirming itself as the most attended edition ever. Alongside the tastings, the two evenings offered live music and DJ sets that turned the squares into a great collective party, with the support of the Apulia Region, the Municipality of Foggia, and the UNPLI network.
