2025 Chestnut Festival in Palombaro

On Saturday, October 11, 2025, from 6:30 PM, the Palombaro district of Campi Salentina hosted the sixth edition of the Chestnut Festival in the small square of Via Puglia. The evening renewed the tradition of the neighborhood fair, with the free distribution of kilos of chestnuts provided by the neighborhood committee and residents.

Accompanying the festivities were performances by students from the Laboratori Musicali and folk dances by the Dance for you school, which engaged families and visitors alike. The event was supported by the Province of Lecce, the Municipality of Campi Salentina, and the Union of Municipalities of Northern Salento.
