Pallotte Cace e Ove Festival

The 2025 edition of the Pallotte Cace e Ove Festival confirmed the great appeal of the event in Santa Maria Imbaro, in the province of Chieti. For three evenings in Piazza della Gioventù, the volunteers of the Pro Loco prepared pallotte cace e ove according to the traditional recipe, served at the food stalls open from the evening.

Alongside the signature dish, visitors were able to enjoy grilled sausages, arrosticini, and traditional desserts, accompanied by draft beer and local wines such as Montepulciano d'Abruzzo and Pecorino. The evenings were enlivened by live music from local bands, with displays of local products and vintage cars, in a festive atmosphere that brought together residents and visitors from the entire Costa dei Trabocchi area.
