Edition 2025 — Palla Eh! Torniella

The 2025 edition of the Torniella Palla Eh! Tournament took place on August 9-10, 2025, as part of the seasonal calendar for the ancient 'palla a 21' game. The village of Torniella, a hamlet of Roccastrada (GR), hosted teams from the Maremma and Siena villages in the traditional summer challenge, one of the central stages of a circuit that traverses the Colline Metallifere from late June to August.

The 2025 Torniella Tournament was held on August 9-10, 2025, as a stage of the Palla Eh! season, which that year also visited Sassetta, Tirli, Scalvaia, Ciciano, Vetulonia, and Piloni. The matches took place in the village streets, with the usual involvement of the local Torniella teams.

As with every edition, the tournament represented a moment of strong identity for the community of Torniella and the Municipality of Roccastrada, in the province of Grosseto, confirming the vitality of a sporting tradition recognized in 2022 as UNESCO intangible heritage.
