Palio of the Three Valleys of Sicily 2025
The 2025 edition of the Palio of the Three Valleys of Sicily took place in August in Noto, organized by the Corteo Barocco Association. The event featured the evocative parade of Sicilian historical pageants in the city's Baroque center, with flag-wavers, musicians, and performers in sumptuous period costumes.
For logistical reasons, the edition did not include the usual competitive race between the groups: the title remained with the Antiche Torri Association of Santa Lucia del Mela (Val Demone, province of Messina), winner of the previous edition and present as a guest of honor. The day nonetheless confirmed the identity-defining and spectacular value of the event, capable of bringing together the folkloric traditions of all of Sicily in the heart of the Val di Noto.
