Palio of Borgo San Lorenzo

The 2025 edition of the Palio of San Lorenzo in Borgo San Lorenzo concluded on August 10th with the victory of the pinks of Ronta-Panicaglia, who scored 40 points to surpass Sagginale-Rabatta and Villa Pecori, repeating their 2023 success.

Numerous districts of the municipal territory took part in the challenge, including Sagginale-Rabatta, Villa Pecori, Olmi-Salaiole, Stazione, Zeti-Crocifisso, Faltona, and Santa Lucia, competing in the traditional events at the Foro Boario. Among the side events, the briscola tournament in the square saw the De Angelis-Tucci pair triumph.

After the announcement of the winners and the presentation of the Palio banner, Piazza Dante transformed into a grand party stage with music, singing, and dancing, while the evening closed with fireworks at 11:30 PM and DJ music in Piazza del Popolo.
