The patron saint and the Palio in 2025

In 2025, the date of the festival remained the same as always, April 23rd, the day of Saint George the Martyr. The community of Ripi gathered in the Archpriest Church of the Most Holy Savior, whose main portal bears the mosaic dedicated to the knight saint, before accompanying the procession along the streets of the historic center.

In the afternoon, the Palio di San Giorgio returned, with the established repertoire of Ciociarian folk games: wheelbarrow race, log sawing, sack race, tug-of-war, and skill games. An event that in Ripi remains above all a village festival, free and participatory, capable of involving all generations of the Municipality, in the province of Frosinone.
