Palio di San Ginesio – Giostra dell'Anello

The 2025 edition of the Giostra dell'Anello confirmed San Ginesio among the capitals of historical re-enactment in the Marche region. The competition, the first event of the Palio, adopted the format with morning selection trials and an afternoon final among the four best knights, paired by draw to the four city gates.

Amidst costume parades, flag-wavers, and drummers, the historic centre of the village relived its medieval identity, anticipating the second Palio competition, the Giostra della Pacca, held on Ferragosto during the medieval week.
