Palio delle Contrade of Bobbio

The Palio delle Contrade 2025 was held in Bobbio on the last weekend of June, Saturday 28 and Sunday 29, organized by the Pro Loco "Quelli che Pontano" together with the Municipality of Bobbio.

Saturday featured itinerant shows, ancient games, and workshops from the afternoon, followed in the evening by the evocative historical pageant of the districts in costume and the challenge launch. Sunday, dedicated from the morning to entertainment for children and families with flag-wavers and parades, continued in the afternoon with spectacular competitions between districts — greased pole race, tug-of-war, egg toss, archery, and wheelbarrow race — until the crowning of Bobbio's Contrada Regina.
