Edition 2025 — Palio di Roè

The 25th edition of the Palio delle Contrade di Roè Volciano took place from July 12 to 20, 2025. The four districts of the town competed in a week of games, races, and light-hearted moments, accompanied by a parade with costumed figures and a band, dancing nights, and a food stand, continuing the long tradition of this palio in Valle Sabbia.

The 2025 edition, the XXV, of the Palio delle Contrade di Roè Volciano was held from July 12 to 20, confirming the palio as one of the longest-running and most popular summer events in Valle Sabbia.

The districts Leonessa, Aquila, Rovere, and Ulivo faced each other in the classic challenges of the event — from barrel racing to the quintana, from tournaments to skill games — amidst the parade, dancing nights, and food stand, culminating in the final award ceremony for the winning district.
