Edition 2025 — Palio delle Botti nel Chianti

The 2025 edition of the Palio delle Botti nel Chianti confirmed the traditional format of the San Gusmè event, a hamlet of Castelnuovo Berardenga (SI): men's and women's teams engaged in barrel rolling through the village streets, with qualifiers, finals, and an awards ceremony in Piazza Castelli, followed by an evening party with tastings and local Chianti cuisine.

In 2025, the Palio delle Botti nel Chianti once again brought the village of San Gusmè, in Castelnuovo Berardenga, to life with the customary barrel-rolling challenge. Organized by the Pro Loco San Gusmè, the event brought together women's and men's teams for qualifying heats and finals, culminating in the awards ceremony in Piazza Castelli. The day, part of the Sienese Chianti winemaking tradition, concluded with tastings, a buffet, and convivial moments in the heart of the medieval village.
