Palio delle Botti and Celestinian Pentecost Historical Re-enactment

The 40th anniversary of the Palio delle Botti animated Corropoli from July 25 to 27, 2025. The festival opened on Friday with the "Palio of the Old Glories" and traditional folk games between the districts. Saturday featured the pageant with costumed participants, solemn mass, a gymkhana dedicated to children, and official qualifying rounds. On Sunday, the grand historical pageant with over 300 participants preceded the category races—under 8, 8-11, 12-16, and adults—leading up to the night-time final and the proclamation of the winning district, followed by a collective celebration in the square. There was no shortage of food stalls, concerts, exhibitions, and performances.
