Edition 2025 — Palio della Miniera di Zolfo

In 2025, the Palio della Miniera di Zolfo di Cabernardi was held as a "Special and Limited Edition," on August 2-3-4 and 8-9-10, in anticipation of the grand 25th anniversary in 2026. A special edition with exclusive events that kept alive the spirit of competition between the four districts of the mining village of Sassoferrato, featuring traditional games, local cuisine, and festive evenings.

The 2025 edition of the Palio della Miniera di Zolfo di Cabernardi, in the Municipality of Sassoferrato (AN), was presented as a "Special and Limited Edition" spread over two weekends, August 2-3-4 and 8-9-10, conceived as a preview of the 25th anniversary scheduled for 2026.

Even in this reduced format, the ingredients that make the festival unique were not lacking: the spirit of rivalry between the four districts — Cabernardi Est, Cabernardi Ovest, Doglio, and Felcine — the games linked to mining and peasant heritage, the stalls with traditional Marche dishes, and the musical evenings in the heart of the sulfur village.
