Palio dell'Amico 2025: the 29th edition
On June 28, 2025, Arsoli celebrated the twenty-ninth edition of the Palio dell'Amico, in the heart of the medieval village of the Aniene Valley. At 4:45 PM, the historical parade began with the Lords and Archers of the Four Historic Districts, accompanied by the Historical Group of Swordsmen of Soriano nel Cimino, culminating in the oath and blessing of the champions in Via Salita al Campo.
During the day, a tribute was paid to Borgo San Lorenzo, winner of the previous edition. At 8:30 PM, in Piazza Grande, the District Banquet was held, a medieval dinner by reservation (20 euros for adults, 10 euros for children up to ten years old), with participants invited to wear the colors of the four districts. The evening concluded with the sword and flaming arrows show, organized by the Pro Loco Association of Arsoli APS.
