Palio del Tributo 2025 — 29th edition
From May 29 to July 6, 2025, Priverno hosted the twenty-ninth edition of the Palio del Tributo, with the usual format spread between the late May opening, district festivals, and the grand finale in July.
The inauguration, on Thursday, May 29 from 5:00 PM, saw the unveiling of the banner signed by artist Marinella Pompeo and the assignment of knights to Porta Campanina, Porta Posterula, Porta Romana, and Porta Paolina.
On Saturday, July 5, at 8:00 PM, the historical pageant with a torchlight procession passed through the streets of the historic center with the flag-throwers of Carpineto Romano and the Aquile della Camilla junior, Renaissance dances, the narration of the Palio, and fire artists. On Sunday, July 6, the final day had its heart in Piazza Giovanni XXIII, with the historical pageant, the payment of the tribute, and the traditional Ring Joust on horseback between the knights of the four gates.
