12th Palermo International Half Marathon 2025

The twelfth edition, named Coppa Packitalia, took place on Sunday, October 19, 2025, with a 9:30 AM start from Mondello, in the municipality of Palermo. It was a record-breaking edition for the event organized by ASD Running Sicily, with approximately 1,650 participants from 45 different countries, confirming the international reach of the event.

In the half marathon, Italian-Moroccan Zouhir Sahdan (Asd Sicilia Running Team) triumphed solo in 1:07:30, ahead of Wilson Marquez (1:10:17) and Lorenzo Ballarini. Among the women, Polish runner Dominika Stelmach won with a time of 1:19:28. The event also featured a Paralympic race, with victories for Renato Adamo and Giusy La Loggia, the new Italian half marathon champions.
