Edition 2025 — Palermo City Triathlon

The eleventh edition of the Palermo City Olympic Triathlon took place on Sunday, October 26, 2025, in Mondello, with a 10:00 AM start from Piazza Valdesi. Athletes tackled the full Olympic distance: 1500 meters of swimming in the Gulf of Mondello, 40 kilometers of cycling in the Parco della Favorita, and 10 kilometers of running along the seafront.

The 11th edition of the Palermo City Olympic Triathlon took place on Sunday, October 26, 2025, with setup beginning on the afternoon of Saturday, October 25, for race pack collection. The start was set for 10:00 AM from Piazza Valdesi, in Mondello.

The course included a 1500-meter swim in the waters of the Gulf of Mondello, 40 kilometers of cycling with a transfer to the Parco della Favorita (five laps), and a 10-kilometer flat run on the Mondello seafront (four laps). To allow the race to take place, the Municipality of Palermo implemented temporary traffic closures between the seafront, the Favorita, and Piazza Valdesi on October 25 and 26.

Saturday, October 25: Setup and race pack collection. Sunday, October 26: Start at 10:00 AM from Piazza Valdesi; 1500m swim (Gulf of Mondello), 40km cycling (Parco della Favorita, 5 laps), 10km run (Mondello seafront, 4 laps).
