Edition 2025 — Palazzolo Living Nativity
The 2025 Edition
The 2025 Christmas edition of the Palazzolo Living Nativity confirmed the traditional format of the Belpasso event. In the Palazzolo district, next to the Corpus Domini church, the village came to life with over one hundred actors engaged in artisan workshops and ancient trades.
Visitors walked the path among blacksmiths, bakers, and spinners, savoring traditional chickpeas, ricotta, bread, focaccia, dried fruit, and wine, and visiting the Christmas market with crafts, preserves, and olive oil produced by the parish. On Epiphany, the grand procession of the Three Wise Men, featuring flag-wavers and bagpipers, brought the event to a festive close, confirming it as one of the most anticipated Christmas appointments on the slopes of Mount Etna.
Programme
