Edition 2025 — Crostino Festival

The 48th edition of the Crostino Festival took place on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, in the historic center of Palaia (PI). Organized by the Pubblica Assistenza of Palaia, the festival offered Tuscan crostini topped with local products all day long, along with live music, a craft market, and bouncy castles for children, in the spirit of a tradition that renews itself every May 1st.

The 48th edition of the Palaia Crostino Festival was held on Thursday, May 1st, 2025, in the heart of the village's historic center, in the province of Pisa. The kitchen opened around 11:00 AM, while the local product stalls were active from the morning. The absolute star was the Tuscan crostino, prepared in a thousand variations and topped with prosciutto, cured meats, and local cheeses. The day, organized by the Pubblica Assistenza of Palaia, also offered live music, a craft and local products market, and a bouncy castle area dedicated to the little ones.
