Edition 2025 — Paglieta Flower Festival

In 2025, the Paglieta Flower Festival took place on Sunday, June 22, on the occasion of the solemnity of Corpus Domini. The Pro Loco of Paglieta and the Maria SS. Assunta Parish organized the creation of floral carpets along the streets of the historic center, in a path of petals and colorful designs that accompanied the Eucharistic procession through the Abruzzo village.

The 2025 edition of the Paglieta Flower Festival was held on Sunday, June 22, the date on which the solemnity of Corpus Domini fell in 2025. As per tradition, the Pro Loco of Paglieta and the Maria SS. Assunta Parish coordinated the setup of floral carpets along the streets of the historic center.

Volunteers hand-crafted paintings and floral motifs that covered the route of the Eucharistic procession, renewing the appointment with faith, ephemeral art, and popular tradition that characterizes Corpus Domini in the Municipality of Paglieta, in the province of Chieti.
