Edition 2025 — Paella Festival

In 2025, the Paella (and Fish) Festival was held at Parco Le Sughere in Bientina from Thursday, June 12 to Sunday, June 15. In that edition as well, the gastronomic offer revolved around paella and fried fish, with live music and various orchestras alternating on the dance floor adjacent to the dining area, starting at 7:00 PM each evening.

The 2025 edition of the Paella and Fish Festival took place at Parco Le Sughere in Bientina, in the province of Pisa, from June 12 to 15. For four evenings, the Circolo Il Risorgimento park welcomed visitors with paella and fried fish prepared by Piranha Street Food and dance evenings animated by various orchestras. Entry was free and the food stand opened every evening from 7:00 PM, in a convivial outdoor atmosphere typical of Tuscan summer festivals.
