Edition 2025 — Paella and Sangria
The 2025 edition
In July 2025, the Paella and Sangria Festival animated the Campo Sportivo of Cascine di Buti, in the municipality of Buti (province of Pisa), for two weekends. On the evenings of July 11, 12, and 13 and July 18, 19, and 20, the food stalls of the Contrada San Francesco opened from 6:00 PM.
The public was able to enjoy paella and sangria alongside traditional Tuscan dishes, from cacciucco to fried seafood and grilled meats. Every evening, the after-dinner program offered karaoke, cover bands, and DJ sets, confirming the success of one of the most festive events of the Buti summer.
