Edition 2025 — PaCentro del Mondo

The 2025 edition of PaCentro del Mondo took place on Tuesday, August 12 at the former Convent of the Minori Osservanti in Pacentro. A day dedicated to sustainability and sharing, with wine tastings from twelve Abruzzese and Sicilian producers, gourmet dishes by chefs Daniela Maiorano and Sarah Cicolini, and live music until the evening.

PaCentro del Mondo 2025

The 2025 edition of PaCentro del Mondo was held on August 12 at the former Convent of the Minori Osservanti in Pacentro (AQ), in the Majella National Park. Organized by Claudia Galterio with the Ruglio association, the day focused on environmental sustainability, hosting exclusively producers who work without chemical additives.

From 4:00 PM, tastings of wines and local products took place, featuring twelve Abruzzese and Sicilian wineries including Bice Coletti, Colle Florido, Estroversa, and Montetino. From 9:30 PM, there was space for gourmet dishes by chefs Daniela Maiorano and Sarah Cicolini, accompanied by jazz and Brazilian music from the Beto Band and a DJ set by Alfa Alfa. Tickets were €20 for the full tasting and €10 for a simple drink.
