Pac-Vullo Street Food & Craft Beer Festival

The eighth edition of Pac-Vullo was held from July 11 to 13, 2025 in Piazza Toscanini in Pavullo nel Frignano, in the Modenese Apennines. The square hosted eleven food trucks, offering specialties such as Abruzzese arrosticini, chianina burgers, Dutch fries, fish, pulled pork sandwiches from Ciccio's Smoke, Sardinian cuisine from Osteraia, stews, and a mobile pastry shop, accompanied by three craft breweries and a gin tonic station. Among the year's novelties was the beercopter, a helicopter with an attached brewery, making its first appearance in Emilia-Romagna.

The musical program was also rich: Friday featured Rock in movie with rock reinterpretations of film soundtracks, Saturday was for Emilia rock stars with covers of Ligabue, Zucchero, and Vasco, and Sunday featured DJ Mattio and Fede. The event, with free entry, was organized by the association Sei di Pavullo se…, which donated the proceeds to charity to support the Pavullo cycling club.
