Overline Jam 2025: writing put to the test by artificial intelligence

The seventeenth edition of Overline Jam was held in Baronissi, in the province of Salerno, from July 18 to 20, 2025, preceded by a preview on Wednesday, July 16, with the opening of the Overline's Stories exhibition at the FRaC Museum.

The theme of the year, artificial intelligence, was interpreted by over thirty artists from the United States, Brazil, the Netherlands, Germany, and Bulgaria, invited to create a collective visual work on the wall beneath the Franciscan Convent. At the center of the reflection was the irreproducible value of the painterly gesture: the body, the real-time execution, the hands that make mistakes and correct them.

The musical program, free as always, saw the opening on Friday, July 18, with DJ Shocca, Tormento, and Mad Buddy, and the closing on Sunday, July 20, with the concert by Vegas Jones. Alongside the walls, workshops, photography contests, skateboarding lessons, jam sessions, and open mic events took place between Parco della Rinascita and Parco del Ciliegio.
