Edition 2025 — Oven and Barbecue Fair

The second edition of the Oven and Barbecue Fair took place in May 2025 at the Vulcano il Fuoco venue in Contrada Melaco, San Giovanni Gemini, in the province of Agrigento. A day of show cooking, tastings, and live demonstrations dedicated to open-fire cooking, from traditional ovens to barbecue, with free admission.

The second edition of the Oven and Barbecue Fair was held in May 2025 in San Giovanni Gemini (AG), at Vulcano il Fuoco in Contrada Melaco. The event confirmed the formula that made it a benchmark for professionals, enthusiasts, and lovers of good food: show cooking, tastings, and live demonstrations with lit ovens and barbecues, accompanied by training sessions led by technicians from the leading brands in the sector. A convivial day, with free admission, that celebrated open-fire cooking in the heart of the Sicani Mountains.
