Edition 2025 — Madonna del Rosario Milazzo

In 2025, the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Festival in the Borgo Antico of Milazzo followed a long calendar. After the enthronement of the statue on September 28 and the seven-day prayer, the preparatory triduo took place from October 9 to 11. The highlight was Sunday, October 12, with cannon fire, Eucharistic celebration, and the procession of the statue at 4:30 PM. The festival concluded on Sunday, October 19, with the repositioning of the statue and the prize draw.

2025 Edition

The 2025 edition of the Our Lady of the Holy Rosary Festival in the Borgo Antico of Milazzo followed an articulated calendar of events. The journey began on September 28 with the enthronement of the statue in the Parrocchia Nostra Signora del Rosario, continuing with the seven-day prayer (settenario) from September 30 to October 7 and the preparatory triduo from October 9 to 11.

The day of the public festival was Sunday, October 12: at 8:00 AM, cannon fire announced the day, at 10:00 AM the solemn Eucharistic celebration was held, followed by more cannon fire at noon and the procession of the statue at 4:30 PM through the streets of the Borgo Antico and the historic center. The festivities concluded on Sunday, October 19 with the repositioning of the statue and the traditional prize draw.

September 28: Enthronement of the statue in the parish. September 30 – October 7: Seven-day prayer (settenario). October 9-11: Preparatory triduo. Sunday, October 12: 8:00 AM cannon fire, 10:00 AM solemn Eucharistic celebration, 12:00 PM cannon fire, 4:30 PM procession of the statue. Sunday, October 19: Repositioning of the statue and prize draw.
