Our Lady of Mount Carmel Festival (Patronal Feast)

The 2025 edition of the patronal feast of Buseto Palizzolo took place on July 16th, in the heart of the Agro Ericino, in the province of Trapani. The day was opened at dawn by firecrackers, followed by the Bishop's solemn mass in the Mother Church around 11:00 AM.

Around noon, the evocative "scinnuta" was repeated, with the placement of the statue on its base amidst the ringing of bells. In the evening, at 9:00 PM, the procession in honor of Our Lady of Mount Carmel traveled along Via Pianoneve, Via Firenze, Via Pietro Randazzo, and Via A. Diaz, with a stop in front of the Town Hall and arrival at Piazza Principe Umberto, accompanied by the Santa Cecilia Musical Band of Buseto Palizzolo. The festival confirmed the community's strong bond with its patron saint and the Hymn to Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
