How it went in 2025

In 2025, Genazzano renewed its appointment with its most important festival: the celebrations in honor of the Mother of Good Counsel were concentrated between September 5th and 8th, culminating in the solemnity of the Nativity of Mary.

As per tradition, the program was divided into two complementary parts. The festival booklet, published by the Pro Loco Genazzano on August 13, 2025, contained the calendar of religious celebrations at the Sanctuary; the civic program, released on September 1st, gathered the events in the square: fair, evening shows, family initiatives, and convivial moments in the historic center.

In 2025, the festival once again confirmed its dual nature, devotional and popular, attracting pilgrims and visitors to the village in the Prenestini Mountains, just outside Rome.
