Edition 2025 — Ossobuco & Cotoletta Festival
In 2025, the Ossobuco and Cotoletta Festival at Contrada San Bernardino brought the great classics of Milanese cuisine to Legnano, served indoors. Cotoletta, ossobuco with polenta, and saffron risotto for a weekend dedicated to the flavors of Lombard tradition.
The 2025 edition of the Ossobuco and Cotoletta Festival celebrated Milanese cuisine at Contrada San Bernardino, in Legnano. In the covered hall on via Somalia, visitors enjoyed cotoletta alla milanese, ossobuco with polenta, and saffron risotto, prepared by chef Pippo. One of the festivals in the calendar of the Palio di Legnano contradas, dedicated to the best of Lombard tradition.
