Edition 2025 — Orvieto Walking Marathon
The 2nd edition of the Orvieto Walking Marathon was held on Sunday, April 13, 2025, with bib collection the day before at the Expo in Piazza del Popolo. The walk, organized by the Majorana Trekking APS Association chaired by Massimo Formica, offered three routes of 42, 21, and 10 km, exclusively on foot, to discover the beauties of the Orvieto territory.
The start took place at 7:30 AM from Piazza del Popolo, a change from the previous year. Despite light rain, the edition concluded with great success, following the trend of over a thousand registered participants in 2024. The event combined walking with an awareness-raising moment on diabetes prevention.
