Edition 2025 — Orvieto Cinema Fest
The 8th edition of the Orvieto Cinema Fest was held from September 21st to 28th, 2025, with the Teatro Mancinelli as the main venue for screenings. In competition were 23 short films from 21 countries, including 7 national premieres, and five titles in the Nuove Visioni section dedicated to emerging Italian talents.
The international jury was chaired by Daria D'Antonio, a cinematography director and David di Donatello award winner, alongside directors and professionals Francesca Comencini, Simone Bozzelli, and Simone Bardoni. Among the collateral events were the exhibition "Quando il Sole sorge" by Fatima Bianchi at the Church of Santi Apostoli, the "Giovani in Biblioteca" screenings, and the OCF Kids section for children. All events were free.
