Edition 2025 — Ortler Bike Marathon
The 2025 edition of the Ortler Bike Marathon took place on Sunday, September 14, 2025, starting from Curon Venosta, in the Upper Vinschgau Valley. The non-competitive rally formula was confirmed with four mountain bike routes: 111 km (3905 m elevation gain), 69 km (2400 m), 46 km (1650 m), and 29 km (850 m), suitable for everyone from trained athletes to families.
The 2025 edition of the Ortler Bike Marathon was held on Sunday, September 14, 2025, starting from the village of Curon Venosta, at the foot of the Ortler, in the heart of the Upper Vinschgau Valley (province of Bolzano).
True to its non-competitive formula, the event offered four mountain bike routes along the valley's marked trails:
- 111 km with 3905 m of elevation gain, the most challenging variation
- 69 km with 2400 m of elevation gain
- 46 km with 1650 m of elevation gain
- 29 km with 850 m of elevation gain, designed for families and beginners
As per tradition, participants collected stamps at checkpoints to earn gold, silver, and bronze medals, with the option to rely on ski lifts for the toughest climbs.
