Edition 2025 — Orecchiette Festival

On Sunday, August 3, 2025, Corso Margherita hosted the 48th edition of the Orecchiette Festival in Deliceto, organized by the Pro Loco "A. Iossa." Starting at 8:00 PM, local housewives hand-rolled orecchiette and fusilli, served with fresh tomato, turnip tops, and ragù, along with Apulian sweets and local wine. The evening continued with tastings, entertainment, inflatables for children, and musical performances.

48th edition — August 3, 2025

The 48th Orecchiette Festival took place on Sunday, August 3, 2025, along Corso Margherita, in the historic center of Deliceto, transformed for the occasion into a gallery of taste. The organization was handled by the Pro Loco "A. Iossa" as part of the "Deliceto Summer" calendar.

Tastings began at 8:00 PM with orecchiette and fusilli hand-rolled by local housewives, seasoned with fresh tomato and basil, turnip tops, or braciole ragù. There was no shortage of typical sweets like cartellate and mostaccioli and local red wine. From 8:30 PM, musical entertainment was provided by DJ Francesco Forte, while inflatables and games with the entertainer "Trilly" were available for children. To complete the evening, craft stalls and folk performances attracted numerous visitors from across the province of Foggia.
