Edition 2025 — Bassano Opera Festival

The 2025/2026 Opera Season of the Bassano Opera Festival presented two new productions at PalaBassano: Nabucco by Giuseppe Verdi, opening on November 30, 2025, and Don Giovanni by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart on December 27, 2025. High-quality productions and major Veneto orchestras for a season that confirmed Bassano as a city of opera.

The 2025/2026 Opera Season brought two new opera productions to the PalaBassano.

It opened with Giuseppe Verdi's Nabucco on November 30, 2025, in the L.I.V.E. production that unites the Veneto opera cities (Bassano, Padova, and Rovigo), in collaboration with the Orchestra and Choir of the Teatro Verdi in Trieste, conducted by Antonello Allemandi, with direction, sets, costumes, and lighting by Stefano Poda. This was followed by Mozart's Don Giovanni on December 27, 2025, with the Orchestra di Padova e del Veneto.
