Edition 2025 — Open Oil Mills

The 28th edition of Open Oil Mills in Umbria took place from October 18 to November 16, 2025, with five weekends of olive oil tourism: inauguration in Montefalco, The Great Bike Ride in Trevi, the Oil Train on the Rome-Assisi route, and events in the villages of the Olive Belt.

The twenty-eighth edition of Open Oil Mills in Umbria took place from October 18 to November 16, 2025, over five weekends. The inauguration on October 18 in Montefalco opened the photographic exhibition "Visioni Oleocentriche" (Olive-Centric Visions), followed on October 19 by The Great Bike Ride on e-bikes along the Assisi-Spoleto Olive Belt, starting from Trevi. Among the village events: UNTO in Assisi, O-Live in Bevagna, Frantotipico in Castel Ritaldi, La Mangiaunta in Giano dell'Umbria, and Festivol in Trevi. Among the new features, the "Oil Train" on the Rome-Assisi route with guided tastings on board. The edition concluded on November 16 in Campello sul Clitunno with the "Race of the Oil Mills".
