Edition 2025 — Open Lavender Fields of Mugello
In 2025, the lavender fields of Mugello opened their doors to the public for three weekends, from June 28-29 to July 12-13, with free admission and mandatory booking. In addition to the Galliano stop at La Chiusuraccia (Barberino di Mugello), the farms Poggio dei Roti in Gattaia di Vicchio and Fiore Blu in Luco di Borgo San Lorenzo participated. The program included guided botanical walks, yoga sessions among the lavender, live jazz and swing concerts, puppet theater for children, Tibetan singing bowls, honey tastings, and demonstrations dedicated to the uses of lavender. Visitors were offered essential oil, sachets of dried flowers, honey, and local extra virgin olive oil.
