Edition 2025 — Giacomo Taravella Memorial
The 2025 edition of the Open Derive – Giacomo Taravella Memorial, the 43rd, was held on Saturday, July 5, 2025, on Lake Maggiore as part of the Verbano Dinghy Championship. The regatta, open to dinghies of all classes, brought together the lake's sailors on the Verbano race course.
As every year, the event combined sailing competition with the memory of Giacomo Taravella, with the collaboration of the lake's sailing clubs and the Società delle Regate 1858 of Belgirate. The event remains one of the highlights of the summer sailing season on Lake Maggiore.
